Shipping & Returns
We're thrilled to offer free standard shipping (2-5 business days) to customers within the US. Additional shipping options are available and calculated at checkout.
All orders ship from New York City. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship the next day pending credit card verification. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays). Your order will be shipped pending item availability and order volume.
Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. Please note, we do not currently ship internationally.
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund (less original shipping cost) and place a new order.
We accept returns within 30 days from the order ship date. Returns sent after this time will not be honored. All returns must be unwashed and unworn and include all original packaging, boxes, dust bags, and tags with no signs of damage. Golden Edit has the right to deny refunds for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our return policy. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we've received the item/s, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the same card used for the purchase. A restocking fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund. Please note that any merchandise bought during sale periods cannot be returned.
Golden Edit is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We recommend insuring your shipment.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To request a refund, please email email@example.com with your return request and order number. We will email you back a packing slip and return address details – please fill out the return reason code, print slip, and include the slip in the return shipment so that we can identify your order.
Within 2-3 days of our receipt of your return, you will receive an email that your return was processed. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the bank to post the refund to your account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
